Ir. Koh graduated with Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Electrical Engineering from University of Hertfordshire in United Kingdom. He is a registered Professional Engineer with Board of Engineers Malaysia and registered Chartered Engineer with Engineering Council United Kingdom. He is a member of Institution of Engineers Malaysia, Institution of Engineering Technology UK (formally known as Institution of Electrical Engineers (IEE) UK), Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE) UK and also GBI facilitator from Malaysia Green Building Index. He is also member of Association of Consulting Engineers Malaysia.
He has more than 22 years of experience in the electrical industry and had a wide experience in the design, planning and implementation of electrical installation for 132/33/22/11kV substation, high-rise commercial building including hotel, office & shopping complex, residential, industrial & plant projects throughout local and overseas country.

Ir. Pang graduated with Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from University of Strathclyde in United Kingdom. He is a registered Professional Engineer with Board of Engineers Malaysia. He is a member of Institution of Engineers Malaysia and also member of Association of Consulting Engineers Malaysia.
He had more than 28 years’ experience in the mechanical industry and had a wide experience in the design, planning and implementation of mechanical services for commercial, residential and industrial projects. Seven (7) years’ experience in Malaysia Fire Services Training Centre, three (3) years’ experience in Maintenance and Contracting Works and fifteen (15) years’ experience in M&E Consultancy works.

He had more than 22 years’ experience in mechanical industry and had a wide experience in the design, planning and implementation of mechanical Services for commercial, residential and industrial projects. Five (5) years’ experience in Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation System Contracting and Maintenance Works. Eleven (11) years’ experience in M&E Consultancy Works.
